Our website allows you to complete your purchase online with our secure payment facility.

All product descriptions and photographs are for illustration purposes and are designed to give an accurate representation of the product, but products may occasionally vary from this representation and we reserve the right to amend, improve or withdraw products / specifications at any time and without notice.

Placing your order

Once we have received your order you will receive a notification email. A purchase contract between Personalisation Boutique and you is only made once the item has been personalised. Therefore if your order is cancelled or it cannot be accepted, no purchase contract will have been made. Occasionally we may not be able to accept an order for the following reasons:

  • If we do not currently hold stock of your item
  • If payment for the item has not been authorised
  • The product was priced or described in error
  • If the customer does not meet our terms and conditions
  • The personalisation of a product includes anything that is copyrighted (where permission has not been obtained), defamatory, liable to incite any racist or sexual hatred, discriminatory, is in breach of privacy or is offensive in any way.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Spelling Errors

We cannot be held accountable for any errors made on the order form and you are advised to thoroughly check the spelling before submitting your order.


Problem with your order? Please get in touch within 30 days of receipt of your item with our friendly customer service team who will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. You can do so by sending an email to help@personalisationboutique.co.uk quoting your order number and giving us a brief outline of the problem.

If we have made any errors during production of your item, or your item was received damaged, our customer service team may offer a replacement item to be sent to you and you may be required to return the item in its original condition back to us. Non-personalised items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.

We reserve the rights to refund and only will at our discretion. Please note all returned parcels must be sent back using recorded delivery. We will not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during their return if not sent via a recorded service, or postal or other costs incurred when returning goods unless previously agreed at the discretion of our customer service team. In such cases we are only able to reimburse returns postage up to the cost of second class recorded delivery. The choice to opt for a upgraded delivery method is at the customer's discretion and own cost.

Please write the reason for your return on the back of your delivery slip. Wrap the packaging securely, enclose the delivery slip and send it to the following address:

For added security all of the payments made online are hosted by Stripe, one of the UK's leading electronic payment providers who have the systems and experience to ensure your card payment is totally safe. Your refunds will also be processed using the same system. You can pay using Amex, Visa or Mastercard.

Stock Availability

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that this website is up-to-date it is not possible to ensure that all items are always available when you order. All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.

Free Gift Promotion

From time to time we offer a free gift when a transaction meets a stated minimum order value. The order value is the price of full-price items bought in a single transaction and excludes postage.

Free gift is limited to a choice of one only of the items in the promotion and available only while stocks last. The free gift may not be exchanged for money, discount or any other product or incentive.

Discount Codes and Promotions

From time to time we may offer discount codes to be used against certain products. These codes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated and also exclude discount on postage or sale items.

Delivery Information

Our personalisation and delivery process takes between 2-6 days depending on the service that you choose. This commences from the time you receive your confirmation email. 

Orders placed after 3pm will start to be processed the following day. Our Process time does not include weekends and bank holidays.

Free Delivery

Free standard delivery is only available on orders which have delivery to UK Mainland addresses only, and are to a value of £60 or over.

Personalisation Boutique reserve the right to discontinue a free delivery promotion at any time without prior notice and/or to change the amount required for eligibility
